And we always guarantee high quality, fine, courteous service and professionalism.
Florence Promhotels extends its service to congress organizers, travel agencies, institutions, schools and corporate clients, and they always free of charge: we pay standard commissions on individual bookings to travel professionals.

How does the Florence Promhotels online booking system work?
Once transmitted, the booking request is immediately received by our organization, which confirms the request by means of the Florence Promhotels system. Therefore, our service ensures an efficient, secure, and simple communication channel between the host facilities and the users.

How do I register for these services?
It is not necessary to register with Florence Promhotels before sending a booking request. When you make your first reservation, you will be asked to key in your email address (which will also be your login) and your personal data, which will be recorded in the system. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email message containing your password, which allows you to access your account and check the status and the details of your reservations.

What if I lose or forget my password?
Go to the homepage of Florence Promhotels and click on "My booking". The login page will be visualized; click on 'Did you forget your password?'. Key in the email address you used for your registration and, a few seconds later, you will receive an email message containing your password. In any case, our Customer Service is always at your disposal

Do I have to pay a fee to Florence Promhotels for my booking?

During the booking procedure, I am asked to key in my credit card details. Why?
The credit card details you key into the system are forwarded to the host facility you have selected for your stay in secure mode, to guarantee that your reservation has been processed. Each facility has its own "Cancellation Policy", with terms and conditions that can be viewed on www.promhotels.it.

Can all the services listed on the Florence Promhotels portal be booked online?
The accommodation options available on this portal are confirmed immediately: an automatic message confirming your reservation will be sent to you first by our system and then directly by the host facility you have chosen for your stay, still via Florence Promhotels. This message is to be considered a final confirmation.

How do I check the status of my booking?
You can check the status of your booking request by keying in your Username and Password in the users area and by clicking on the "MY BOOKING" link. A table will be visualized, displaying the status of your booking and its reservation number.

How do I cancel my reservation?
All reservations can be cancelled by accessing your account before the cancellation deadline in order to avoid late cancellation fees. After this time limit, users must contact the selected host facility directly, since, in this case, only the host facility has the right to decide whether to cancel a reservation without applying the due cancellation fee. In order to cancel a reservation, click on the 'MY BOOKING' button on the Florence Promhotels homepage, type your email address in the login field and your password. Click on 'View and modify your reservations'. Now you can view the list of booking requests you have sent. Select the reservation you want to cancel by clicking on the 'View/cancel' link beside the reservation number and then select the 'cancel' option at the bottom of the page. You are now requested to key in your email address and password again. Click on 'Display message' and a cancellation message will be visualized. This is the message that will be sent to the host facility, when you click on 'Send message'. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled in our system and you will not need to contact the host facility directly. In order to check if your reservation has been cancelled successfully, click on 'Your bookings' and make sure the booking status is set to 'CANC'.

How do I make changes to my reservation?
Unfortunately, our system does not include the option to make changes to reservations. Users should cancel their reservation by following the instructions (see How do I cancel my reservation?) and then go through the steps of the reservation procedure again. If the booking cancellation deadline has already expired, users must contact the selected facility directly, since, in this case, only the host facility can accept the changes free of charge.
